Wednesday Dining

 

 

Pasta night at Bearskin Lodge returns for winter season 2014, every Wednesday night beginning January 8 through mid-March.   Your dinner includes fresh, warm bread with dipping sauce, artisan mix salad with feta cheese and balsamic dressing, and pasta dinner. Add a glass of wine for $5-$7.  Reservations needed before 3 PM on Wednesday.

Penne Pasta with Homemade Pesto 

Penne pasta with a Homemade Basil Pesto and sautéed vegetables   $15.25 | Add Chicken: $18.75

About our restaurant

Bearskin has long history of fine dining in the Main Lodge.  We welcome guests who are staying everywhere, but our restaurant is very small scale, so we do need to know ahead of time that you are coming.  Call us to reserve dining, or reserve when you make your lodging reservation.  Available dining times are 6 PM, 6:15, or 6:30.

We thank our guests and visitors who make it possible for us to continue offering our cuisine.  Restaurant service is very costly to run.  Most of the resorts in this area have lovely classic dining rooms that sit empty because guests no longer support their restaurants.  We keep dining alive at Bearskin because our guests say they want more dining options on the Gunflint Trail.  We appreciate your support.
