Chef Kirsten Fosse has returned to cook for us this fall, and is offering a hearty fall menu — the perfect evening follow-up to a day of enjoying the Gunflint Trail’s crisp autumn weather.
Fall Menu 2014

With garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
A hearty vegetarian stew topped with golden brown garlic mashed potatoes
Pesto Chicken Lasagna
Lasagna with a creamy pesto sauce and grilled chicken
Penne Chicken Alfredo
Penne tossed in alfredo sauce with chicken breast and seasonal vegetables
(Kid’s plates available for $10.50 for all entrees )

Reservations ahead of time are necessary. We encourage you to call ahead early, as our dining area has limited space. If you know what you’ll be ordering, let us know at the time of your reservation.
About our restaurant
Bearskin has long history of fine dining in the Main Lodge.
We thank our guests and visitors who make it possible for us to continue offering our cuisine. Restaurant service is very costly to run, and is a very different business than running a lodge. Most of the resorts in this area have lovely classic dining rooms that sit empty because guests no longer support their restaurants. We keep dining alive at Bearskin because our guests say they want more dining options on the Gunflint Trail. We appreciate your support.
